Tubaila Team Workshop provides comprehensive engineering services including Architectural design, Interior Architecture, Landscape Design, Urban Design and Construction Management. We believe that design is simply a mix of glowing art and quality engineering. In pursue of such vision, TTW has been meticulously forming its teams with widely diverse backgrounds.
Tubaila Team Workshop was founded in 1979 taking the City of Nablus as the location of the head office back then. By 1980, Tubaila Team Workshop had reasonably widened its scope beyond residential buildings to cover educational, religious and commercial centers. Since then, TTW has established a reputation of quality services and has led a well-recognized architectural school of thought influencing the common architectural practice throughout the region.
In 2006, Tubaila Team Workshop had taken a strategic step by moving the headquarters to Amman Jordan. The move was associated with drastic restructuring resulting in mutational rebirth for the company.
Since 2006, TTW has successfully designed, supervised and delivered over 180 projects across Jordan, Palestine, Bahrain and USA. Among its best known works are: the Chamber of Commerce in Nablus; the Interior architecture of the Canadian Chancery in Jordan; more than 50 service stations for TOTAL in Jordan; The Meat Master in Jordan; Al Kaylani Cold Rooms Warehouse in Jordan; Tche Tche in Bahrain, Raceway Gas stations in USA, Cheese and More in Jordan; The Uruguay Consulate in Jordan; Villa Najjar in Jordan; Villa Nabulsi in Jordan; Tityana Country house; Jo Petrol service stations; Go service stations; Gulf service stations; Al Quds Open University in Nablus; Engineers Housing Mosque in Nablus; Al Haitham Car Mall in Jordan; Toyota Body shop and Maintenance center; Lexus Maintenance center in Jordan; Mearsk Line Head office in Jordan; Qatrana Electric Power offices in Jordan.
TTW employs around seventy people, including 35 Engineers and Architects. High caliber, distinguished experience, creativity and enthusiasm are common qualities among our teams.
From conception to operation, contributions from, and cooperation of all stakeholders including feedback from Client, Contractor, Specialty Sub-Consultants, our in-house teams and the public at large, are equivalently behind developing buildings that perfectly serve intended purposes.
Since the establishment of TTW in 2006, the co-founders Arch. Rami Tubaila and Arch. Feras Tubaila have been keen to bring new school of thought by dovetailing glowing art and pure engineering to create new concept of the ultimate balance between quality, time and cost. They strongly believe that architecture is a craftsmanship rather than a profession.The co-founders who both hold Master Degree in Construction Management from Loughborough University-UK have bring their knowledge and experience to upgrading the profession of Architecture by merging it with the Construction Management concepts such as Value Engineering, Sustainability, life cycle costing, Green Architecture, planning and budgeting.
Architect Rami Sameeh Tubaila has over 12 years of Professional and Academic experience in the fields of architecture, interior architecture and construction management. He holds a Bachelor degree of Architecture from Applied Science University, Jordan and Master Degree in Construction Management from Loughborough University, United Kingdom. He started his professional career as a Design Architect at Tubaila Engineering Office in Nablus. In 2006 he formed the partnership of Tubaila Team Workshop in Jordan. Over the past years, he designed more than 120 projects in Jordan, Palestine, Bahrain and USA. His work extend to cover all architectural aspects and project typologies including residential, commercial, industrial, governmental, offices, public and community, service stations, educational and religious.His passion in Architecture motivates him to build strong links with society and academia as he is a part-time lecturer at University of Jordan, external Juror for the Design Module in Petra University and German Jordanian University.
